Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when DocumentFlowAI (operated by TechPhysic at trydocflow.com) will and will not issue refunds. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Payments
DocumentFlowAI is a monthly subscription service. Payments are charged at the start of each billing period and cover the following month of service. Because access to the API is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for the current or past billing periods.
Unused document extraction quota does not carry over to future months and is not refundable.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to your plan until that date. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Cancelling does not delete your account or data. You can resubscribe at any time.
3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Service outage: If the DocumentFlowAI API is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to an issue on our side, and you contact us within 7 days of the outage, we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Charge after cancellation: If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, we will refund that charge in full.
- 14-day new subscriber window: If you subscribed to a paid plan for the first time, have made fewer than 50 API calls, and request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund at our discretion. Contact us at [email protected].
4. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for the difference in plan price mid-cycle.
5. Account Termination
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining period.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
